Disgusted

I am very disgusted in the way Lewis Alberton treats their customers. I bought a new bed from them in December 2024, payment arrangements was for them to debit my account each month. The store did not load my debit order🤬🤬. I contacted the store and told them about it, to my knowledge if the debit order does not go off on a certain date, the company will ask if they can do it with their next debit date. Which they never did. I did explain that I could not come to the store to pay as I work. Next thing they threatening me. I explained to the sales consultant that WhatsApp me, that any normal person if money is in your account u tend to use it. On Saturday 15th February 2025 at around 7:58 in the morning.I get a call from a guy claiming to be the manager from the Alberton store. Basically treating me that if I don't pay as in right now that taking the bed. I had to scrabble that time of the morning to get the installment money, which I did not have on hand. I had to ask my dad that is pensioner. I will never ever buy from them again.
