Disgusted
Took my washing machine in for repairs 3 months ago... they only started dealing with the problem 2 weeks ago (it has been sitting in the store for 2 and a half months and nothing was done) only got delivered 3 working days after I found out it had been fixed. It still does not work... it has exactly the same problem as when I took it in... I am utterly disgusted in the poor service!
