Disgrace service

I have never in my life seen such incompetence or dealt with such poor service, we bought a bed from Lewis Matatiele beginning of September, sales person is Zingisa. We explain that we needed the bed for Newcastle and we were told they would arrange this with the Newcastle branch and the warehouse, all we needed to do was go to the store to pick up. Zingisa called me on the 21st september to inform me that all was inorder and that i should go to the Newcastle branch and speak to Thami and that i could pick up the bed on Saturday the 22nd. Today we hired a van filled petrol and went to Lewis in Newcastle to pick up, on arriving we were told they cant give us the bed as they do not have any paperwork for it!!!! I mean, I honestly have no words, not only is this unprofessional, it is a waste of our time and money. Upon calling Zingisa the sales lady, she tells us that she it at home, she doesnt know why the paperwork wasnt faxed, come on!!! Who's job was it to make sure whatever needed to be done is done????!!!! . As I am typing this I am waiting for zingisa to get back to me, I have no bed, no money and mostly no patience for such pathetic service especially because this is the second time i have complained about the same store. Might as well just close it.
