Discrim of Employment Industry

I received a text saying I qualify for credit after completing an online application. A representative from West Street Store in Durban, contacted me and asked me to come in to complete my application which is where I was told they don't do applications for people who work in call centers then state they only do for management in a call center. Firstly, this is ************** against a whole industry and secondly, I am a part of management. I would like someone to contact and approve my application as I refuse to accept their decision based on those reasons.
