Disappointment with Lewis Stores and SINOTEC

In 2017 I had to return to my house, that meant buying everything from a lounge suite, refrigerator to TV from the Lewis Stores in King Williams Town. But with the t.v. set, they had a brand that I've never used - SINOTEC. It stopped working mid 2018, I took it back to the store, they took it in to fix it. That back and forth took place for over 6 times. Every time I ask them to buy it back and give me a new one... no luck. The manager isn't willing to take it back. This time it came back with a cracked screen. I actually hate Lewis Stores and SINOTEC

Thank you for your quick response. Your Head Office called early in the morning to verify the complaint, within minutes, the King Williams Town branch called and asked me to come choose a new t.v. set. I have done so. Thank you very much! Regards
