Disappointing service

Bought a bed for cash at Lewis Oxford Street on the 30th of September 2024. Went back to the store to collect with my own transport only to find they didn't have stock and the same bed had been sold to many other people. Store manager promised to get stock from other stores which took weeks of me continuously calling the store for feedback only to be told lies. Eventually asked for a refund on October 12 2024. Up to now not processed and store keeps making false promises. So disappointed in the service from this store as i expected a better and more professional service from such...
