Disappointing customer service, unprofessional

Good day- on behalf of Dineo Joyce Mareletsa - on 12 Sep I bought a Kitchen unit (ATLANTA R7999.99) at Lewis Store Vanderbijlpark, I was assisted by a lady by the name of Puleng, I sent her pictures of the dent. Delivery was done on 14 Sep, one the countertop, I noticed a dent, and I contacted them, but until today, 13/10/2022 no one has come to replace it. *** kindly get someone to come and replace this countertop, I paid cash and I am expecting nothing but good customer service.
