Disappointed lewis store customer

So disgusted with Lewis Store in Boksburg town, I bought a fridge on the 30th of November,Fridge was delivered and to my surprise its not working,I called the store to report this, they said they have to send a technician to come and have a look, today is the 4th of December and still no technician in sight,Where does this leave me,all I want is for them to come fetch the fridge and give me a new one,is that too much to ask
