Disappointed customer to lewis

Good day I would like to put a complain my husband have a account at Lewis and he took a freeze in 2022 so we decided we want to took more stuff like a bed and cupboard but first we ask how much he stil owes for the freezer so the lady sad if we can pay on the Friday it will be R514 so I paid it but stil from last week 22 December and yesterday 29th December they still deducted m money for the freezer how can they do that im very disappointed
