Disappointed client

I am very disappointed with Lewis Wellington's service. Yesterday morning 6:30 a cashier came to my house demanding that I must be woken up for a R11. I pay my account every month which I did this morning. I've been buying at Lewis for more than 20yrs and thus never happened before. Firstly it's against the law to come to clients houses at this time of the morning. I bought a bed that's R10 000 which I will pay R23 000 back. And this is the service you get. As soon as I am done paying I am closing this account and will never buy again at any Lewis store. They promised a specfic gift set which I didn't received.Instead I received a small flask that's not enough for a cup of water. Regardless to say the way they speak to clients on the phone is also very disappointing.
