Disappointed and unhappy customer

To whom it may concern I writing to you in regards of thee cupboard I took from your store with credit and that I’m not satisfied with…. I’ve bought a cupboard, bed and sofa’s from your nearby store (Katlehong crossing)2 months ago approaching 3 months now… The bed and sofa are still good but it is the cupboard that I’m not satisfied with,as I’ve been waiting for the runners of the drawers till now.. ive called the store several times and sent my mom there as it was a present to her but still there’s nothing changed… So I wanted to stop being a burden and let someone to come and collect their cupboard back to their store as it is stressing me everyday when I see it and I will go somewhere else to look for that cupboard… I can’t be paying for something I’m not happy with every month…I even told them that… They did sent a guy to come and check last mid-month of June but still awaiting till today… I’d be happy if they come and collect their cupboard as soon as possible… Your assistant with be highly appreciated…
