DISAPPOINTED

May 2019 i open a lewis account online it approved and i recived a sms said i must go to lewis store.on the 13/06/2019 i go to lewis store DURBAN WEST STREET.SHOP 419 WEST STREET DURBAN 4000.When i enter the shop i get a service from sales lady her name:NOMUSA CELE i show her the sms .NOMUSA CELE tell me to bring my ID and 3months bank statements .i submite it and she ask my work phone numbers i gave her.she do calls and fonfirmed at work the im permanent for 7years .and she do my account application in store computer it approved again.and she take me to her maneger in store her name is HELEN REDY and HELEN give me a phone to talk to lewis head office call center i did and they said my account it approved again.I was very happy cause i was openining this account to make my family house look good and nice and make my mother happy .it was 16:00pm same day and the manager tald me they will do delevery on the following day in the morning .on the following day while i was waiting for my furniture i was so suprised to see helen(maneger) and nomusa(sales lady)and other guy come to my house withiout my furniture the maneger tald me they come to verifiy if my place it big enough for stuff i choose yesterdayand she said it lewis rules i understand her.I was so ****ed and angry when my different nearbys come to my home and asked what i did to lewis store cause they wereasking about me and my family and my job status. i was confused and embarresed at the same time but i keep waiting for my delevery .at 13:30pm while i was waiting i recived a call from HELEN(maneger)she tald me im not going to get my furniture till i bring a affidavit from police station that i want to open a account at lewis store .i go to police station and did as she say and sumbmitet in store but i didnt get my furniture till today.i think HELEN (maneger)have a personal issue with the sales lady NOMUSA CELE she was not proffetion in front of me as a customer she was shouting her .she even ask her how come i get i huge credit of 4318,36. LEWIS STORES said same day delevery but till today i didnt get my dilevery. Please help me what should i do from now .im so DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRESSED IN MY NEARBOUGHS
