Desperate customer

I bought kitchen cupboard at Lewis Theku Mall Newcastle (Osizweni) last year using my husband's account but I'm the one paying and I have insurance for them.Now I have a problem with them I reported in January that the handles breaking and the hinges are loose,they came in March/April to changed the handle and never the hinges.The cupboard door are coming out 2 are out already and I've been to the store so many times they keep on saying they are waiting for stock since January.Can you please help me,I don't know what to do now.I'm so fed up with the store and I never missed any payment.I told them they must give me new ones because they are still knew and it was not even six months and they refused.Please help me I'm out of options now.
