Demand a refund after sales person Marlene shouted at me and dropped the call on me.

I've purchased a lounge suit cash from Lewis stores in August 2023. Within a span of 2 months the sponge of the one couch came off.. I spoke to the manager and we arranged for the suite to be collected. In the interim I were to look for something else in the store as replacement. I was very clear that I would even pay the difference should the other lounge suite would cost more.

I went into the store. However, nothing tickled my fancy.

I then spoke to a sales person and she was extremely next level rude to a point where she shouted at me and dropped the call as I was speaking to her.. Marlene is the name of the sales person to be exact..

I am still sitting without a seat in my lounge area and Lewis stores are sitting with my money..

I am indeed highly upset and doesn't want anything from this store no more except my money back!!!
