Delivery Pathetic

Unacceptable

I have purchased goods on credit 7days ago at Richards Bay branch and still waiting for delivery after I was promised it will take 1 day delivery.

I have also requested 3times that I will collect the goods myself and was told this is not allowed and it MUST be delivered by Lewis.

If it must be delivered or if it is a requirement that Lewis delivers themselves, as per RichardsBay, please advise why it would take more than a week to deliver in town, not even more than 10km or in rural area. In town, close to the store.

This is Unacceptable.

You expect me to start paying end September but can't deliver. I would rather go to another furniture retailer that wants business.
