Delivered used good. And missing iterms

Lewis nelspruit :Bought furniture on credit 7 days are go. Still no delivery. Everyday when I call to inquire thy will promise to came later and never pitched. After 5 days of calling everyday they delivered 1 item instead of 2. And it was a used freezer. But I signed for a new 1. This was not even in a box. When I tried to tell the delivery guy. He said he doesn't know. The freezer was 5999 but on the contract it's 8999. Am still waiting for the other items. Only the area manager (Julia's) is trying to help. But still am stack with an old freezer n no other items. I think I have been ****med bye the salesman in the shop
