Delayed delivery and poor communication

Ordered and paid cash on Sunday and said they will deliver same day. 3 days later still no delivery and no communication whatsoever from them. Had to use my airtime to call and ask what’s happening, everyday they kept on promising to deliver but nothing. I’m so disappointed in Lewis stores
