******** deduction

I purchased a lounge suite through Lewis Stores Parow branch on 18th May 2025. On 3 occasions I was informed by the sales lady, manager and someone at the call center that my first debit order would be on 26th June. On 27th May the amount of R1717.63 was ********ly deducted from my account. I immediately informed the sales lady who forwarded the message to her manager. I have called and asked to speak to the manager, but to date I have spoken to no-one other than the sales lady. I was told once the store has the cash, they will refund me. To date, I have not received the money. I am so disappointed in this service. It's a lot of money to be short when you have budgeted foe it. Very bad after sales service!!
