Deducted money on the wrong date
My calls get droped there is no sense of agency and I don't know how far along u should expect my query to be sorted they deducted money from my account on the wrong day even when a clear date was communicated ...now the problem is mine and they act like it's my fault

20 Jan 2022, 17:20I have over 6 reference numbers from you guys, but yet to get any resolution... This is a real inconvenience. Ive been calling your office's since Tuesday. Instead of getting any resolution too are busy delaying me.
