Debiting payed off accounts

I’m so ****ed with their services I paid off my accounts yet they kept debit been calling them to cancel the debit orders no one has given me response this is a bull**** services I need all my refund and surprisingly is that they have been debiting on the last day of the month my account always has morning but now because I have paid off their account they are debiting on the 25th BRING BACK MY MONEY YOU HAVE THE POOREST SERVICE EVER HENCE I MADE SURE INPAY OFF THE ACCO BEFORE TIME.
