Debiting on the wrong date

Who gave you the right to debit earlier just because its December now my bank is charging me R220 for unsuccessful debit what was our agreement were you not supposed to call me and findout when is my payday this month?now are you going to pay for this bank charges im really ****ed this is unacceptable i rather cancel this debit order because you dont stick to agreement
