Debited more than a year after account paid in full

Good day

My nanny bought a Salem kitchen in 2021. Paid R404 per month by debit order. Last payment was supposed to be Feb 2024. She is still incorrectly beig debited evey month for R404 last being on 3 March 2025. That is more than a year extra billing extra, she has been to the store on numerous occasions and still not sorted. Please assist urgently and call me.
