Debit orders

I am the customer of Best Electric administered by Lewis I am having a problem with the way they are dbiting since last year I have asking them to fix the prom because I am paying R105 for each debit order that has bounced please help me regarding that the manager is promising to come back to me but nothing my name is Lindiwe Bertinah Gama
