Debit order not agreed to

Iam very disappointed in the way you guys,do things ,how can you debit without my authorization,what happened to the agreement,now I cannot buy medication for my son ,he might die coz of your stupid debit , agreement say 26th of every month,so the 13th is now the agreed date,and the way the evander manager handled my plea is disappointing,so to whoever this reaches I need my money,coz I need and debit on the agreed date stop doing things your way,coz you going to loose customers
