Debbie the Lewis manager and her disgusting behaviour!!!!

A friend of mine has been retrenched from work and though she has not followed the proper "procedure" of going into the store with her retrenchment letter (which i understand why)being retrenched she probably had a lot to deal with fast forward we went to our old job and got the HR manager to call in the store, my HR manager called and the store manager named DEBBIE......OH MY GOSH!!!!WHAT RUDE INDIVIDUAL she is Vuyi's manager...she spoke over the HR Manager and did not even let her speak and explain the situation, Lewis please mind who you employ yes payments are needed but please also understand that life is happening to people worse part is my friend does want to make alternative payments but she cannot seem to be able to speak with anyone who has sense in tat store.....i don't know how or what customer service training is received at Lewis but it is putridly handled i am utterly utterly disgusted with debbies behaviour sies and if i could take this further i would what a rude individual.sies.....ontop of being newly retrenched she is also just recently widowed please watch how you speak to people as a customer service individual debbie you need to practise proper decorum and etiquette your behaviour on the phone this morning was nothing short of disgusting.!!!!!she has a meeting with them on Saturday and im even scared to let her go alone because if debbie was screaming like that on the phone who's to say what she is going to do to my already fragile friend on Saturday.
