I am totally disappointed with Lewis store i opened an account with them for 36 on 10 March 2023 paying R1145 per month, the account was supposed to come to end on April 2023 the last debit, so i called their customer service department to verify that i am not owning them anymore and this was their last debit on April, to my surprise they told me that they cannot see coz their system has nit updated so i asked when should i give a call back when will their system be up and running they said they do not know, wow what a joke,, so i then sebd my daughter on to the store to check the above information and they said iam stil owing R987. 20 of i am shocked is for when and is for which month because they have debiting my account every month R1145 so now where is R987. 20 coming from. Iam really disappointed in your service and honestly you guys are robbing me of my money.
