Daylight ***** and ******* by Lewis

I openned an account with Lewis stores Chatham Street in Mthatha. I bought a 3 piece cupboard and sink and Corner cupboard. All of them worth R27500 and the total cost of credit is R57500. And the instalment is R1600. They did not deliver my goods on time where they only delivered one piece of this cupboard. They have already deducted the 1st instalment. Now they do not want to deliver the rest of my stuff because they say I am on debt review. The debt review happened after I had already paid the 1st instalment and I was not even aware that I am getting on debt review on that call. After knowing that it is debt review I requested for cancellation and went to the Lewis branch to explain to them that I will be paying my instalment the normal way. I dont want any debt review company to get involved. Even after that Lewis does not want to give me my goods. As far as I know even if I went to debt review, that was after the contract for this account so I should recieve my goods and just be blocked for further credit. Funny thing is I am now paying for goods that are not with me. Please intervene before the matter goes to court.
