DAY LIGHT *******

I bought a Fridge and a base mattress in Lewis Northern Cape last year December,I have been paying them ,I then decided that I wanted to settle my Lewis account,I went to Lewis Stores in Capetown Last week and requested my settlement account ,I contacted Colesberg for their Branch number as they told me they need the store number of which it was 157.I was informed my settlement amount was R 8,747.79 i paid an amount of R 9,244.79 and I was informed by the cashier that I can only be refunded the amount of R 108,42 if I go to Colesberg Branch.On saturday the 14th Nov i was in Colesberg ,the cashier in Colesberg informed me I can only be refunded by the Manager who was not around at that time.Now I have been informed that I actually owe the company R 108 and if I do not pay it before the 5th Dec it will accumulate to R 215.How can a customer when she request to close account and pay the company in full will be charged to pay THIS IS DISGUSTING I WANT MY MONEY BACK
