Damaged goods From Lewis Stores

I have bought a few things via account at Lewis stores, one of the things were a 3 piece recliner couches. 2 seater couch was badly damaged i reported this issue a few times then 2 months back they took the couch for "repairs" i have been paying for something that is not there. Is this fair? No communication on when i will get my couch back, i am so dissapointed and i regret the day i went to lewis store!!! Every month they deducting money but im only left with 1 seater and a 3 seater!!!
