Damaged goods

I am highly disappointed that my mom has never missed one payment on her account but since she got these cupboards she has to always go to the store to complain about the cupboards getting lose. In December she went again and apparently they waiting for heard office the cupboard fell and the drawer opens on its own. This is uncalled for my mom did not buy these things to get treated this way and unfortunately if it’s not sorted by next week she’s going to stop paying and no one will come fetch these cupboards for non payment I’ll go fix them myself.
