Damaged Goods

Good day - I bought couches at Lewis stores in Bellville in 2015. I took them home uin Idutywa and within few months of buying them they had a problem. I reported that with Lewis and they promised to get back tome. I kept on making follow up calls and still they promised to get back to me. I called them again this year 2017 and they said they will help. Last month i.e.March they called saying I should communicate with the manager in Idutywa regarding the goods to be fetched and be fixed. I then tried to contact Lewis Idutywa and get them my address but until now the matter has not yet been solved. those good day are paid up but what is suprising me is that I need to call them everyday but dololo follow up from their side.

I then tried to call Lewis in bellville(voortreker road) to make them aware that until today nothing was done regarding those couches. I am so gatvol because, in the first place they were supposed to do follow up with me and not me going on and on for the same thing.

pleease advice, what should I do because I am the stage where I would say, I dont want those couches but my money back. paying more than R20 000 and still do nt get good services its not a child's place.

regards,

Terressa
