Damaged goods

I bought Continental MK2 9PC on 23/3/2016. It is now 21 April 2016. The chairs were damaged. very bad quality. Wrote it on delivery note. Week after that they brought new chairs. Out of the 4 four chairs x3 were damaged again. Spoke numerous occasions with branch manager. I want this deal to be cancelled. I need to make my first instalment and I still do not have a complete d/room suite. The nails are coming through the table top. How can you sell furniture like this? I need this furniture to be collected and my deal cancelled. I will never buy from Lewis again and so will I inform friends and family.
