Damaged dressing table on delivery

On delivery I noticed the damage on dressing table and reported it to the salesperson.They sent people to take photos of damage but noting came from it until 04 Sept.15.They brought a other dressing table but it had more damage than the first one.i send ot back and they said that on 07 Sept.15,they would bring a new one.Up till today nothing happened.
