Damaged bed

We are almost to th3 end of the year and up to date Lewis Stores did not sort my issue of my bed but yet they have the nerve to call me for payment but they can't sort my problem out ,and when you do call the head office u have hold on for so long this is getting out of hand as Lewis stores don't know what is customer services they are all so rude the owner Mr Lewis needs to do something about his employees
