Damaged bed

Morning<br> We bought a bed from Lewis, Uitenhage, in January 2015 and my neighbour bought the exact bed from them in February 2015. In December we both phoned Eleanor with the same problem on our beds. The pillow top is pulling to one side. She told us that Lewis is going to replace the bed but the factory is closed and she will attend to our complaint in January as soon as the factory has opened. Since January we have been calling her every week to find out what is happening and every week she have a different excuse. It is now 4 months later and nothing has been done about it. The bed is getting worse every week. We have paid cash for the furniture that we bought from them and now Lewis can not keep to their side of the deal. :(
