Customer service not a priority at Lewis Roodepoort twice now

I have once again been disappointed by Lewis Roodepoort,I got credit placed my order now that they have to come to take pictures and deliver my order I have to go back and forth.I am the one that needs to constantly be making follow up and they promise delivery.When I wait for them the whole day they tell me they are stuck elsewhere and they will come today.No communication since morning so I would like to cancel my order thank you.The service the second time shows that customers are not taken seriously at all.

Please cancel my order,I no longer wish to continue witj my new order.I will proceed with paying my current installment that I have.With the new one I am happy to cancel the order.
