Customer service means no service

I have never purchased anything from lewis and I definitely NEVER WILL. We recently received sms saying we ow tv licence money yet my husband dont even have a tv licence on his name. I contacted the tv licence dep tehy said i shpuld contact lewis as teh order was processed there. Lewis confirms it was ***** but refuses to send it to me in writing....PATHETIC REALLY. I Will advise everyone i no never to purchase anything there i dont even have an account with and look at the issues just imagine if i still had a lewis account
