Customer service champ

A few days ago I wrote a review about bad after sales service at Lewis. This was because the unit we had was faulty for a very long time and the store was giving my parents a run around. Just minutes after I posted my review a lady by the name of Carol from head office called my mom and asked for all the details so she could investigate the matter further. The very next day Carol called my mom and said they will be replacing the unit with a brand new machine. Yesterday the unit was delivered, sealed and in good condition. She called to make sure if the unit was delivered. It took three days to resolve a problem we've had for over a year.Thank you Carol, you are a true customer service champion.
