I am so angry with Lewis stores ( Esikhawini ) they debited money from my account which is from UIF of R1550. I lost employment and went to Lewis to report since I have an account with them and then application was sent to insurance to continue paying for my debt and it was approved. I was told my insurance will pay for 12months so from January 2024 my insurance has been paying. Yesterday I received my UIF money and then boom debit from Lewis stores of R1550 like how am I supposed to live, how am i supposed to buy food for my kids when you take money that's supposed to help me while im unemployed?why would you debit while my insurance is paying? Why choose to debit my account now after not debiting for 3 months because insurance is paying? I was told insurance will pay for 12 months and then we'll see how far they have paid my account. Please refund me.
