What type of **** are you guys running at your store. My mother's credit was 17 000 back in April 2024 and she has been paying R950 monthly installments but after paying today, the balance is R16 263. How make it make sense. Lewis is a ****. I called their head office and the consultant told me she can't see the payment history on her system. Last month i payed at a different branch at Lewis commissioner street and they paid the money into somebody else's account. Something fishy is going on here. I have emailed the consumer consultant Mandy Nola about this ****.
