First all all I want thank Lewis for their wonderful none service that's been none existing from day one. The unit I bought for R10 000 was faulty since day one and took them more then a year to collect after I stop paying my monthly installments the came out with a secind unit that was evens worse then the original one.

2 right hand side pedestals a dressing table with doors that goes straight in. I was told by the delivery guy that they will bring the left side pededsral and a other dressing table which never happened after numerous calls n whatsapps still nothing.

I then stopped paying my installments again which resulted in them coming to mny house to right up my stuff for non payment. I then showed the guy the reason to why I stopped payment n took pictures of all the faults ensured me that they will exchange the faulty units and that was the last of that because they started receiving payments

After a follow up on everything I was told that the unit is no longer under guarantee n that I must sit with this **** they delivered to me n that my arrears now mounts up to R10 000.

So I'm sitting with a united of no use with a bill triple the amount of the purchase not evens including all the payments the already received.

Once again no service no customer service from Lewis since after delivery. **************** no quality of professionalism of their good no pride n the workmanship just a maney hungry company that wants to scheme people out of their hard worked money.

I'm taking this to higher authority as I'm not paying a sent more for the **** you sold me and u can stick that arrears so far up u know what coz I didn't purchase 2 x right pedestals or a dresser with 270° swinging doors. if you want pics I will gladly post pics of the ******* you call a bedroom suite.
