Credit score woes!

This store refuses to remove an judgement on my credit report! They say I missed a payment in May 2025 when I actually paid early through the link sent to me by them for early payment. I paid on the 24th of May and sent proof of payment countless times so they can remove this on my name but with no avail. I’m soo disappointed! I’ve since paid off the account but it still messes up my payment records.
