Credit Profile update

I emailed Lewis Stores on the 8th August to request a ITC update as they have duplicated my account with then. I was called back and was told that it would take 14 to 21 days. on the 30th September I emailed them again to follow up on the update. To date I have not received any response from them. All I want is for them to update my credit profile as it is affecting my score
