Couches not in good condition

Your service is very poor. I complained i think in June/July about the couches that were delivered to me and 2-3days after they got torned. I reported this to Charles i even sent him pictures. Every time i look at these couches i get very angry mind you these are the second couches giving me similar problems and you guys are taking time to even attend to the problem. I remember the acting store manager at bears called and asked me how did we sit on the couches and that was very rude why would i buy couches and not sit on them. I still want to know if you guys sold used couches to me or these are **** couches but i can't pay 20k for this if they got torned after a year of owning them i wouldn't complain cos it would've been my fault so how do justify selling couches to a customer within few days they are torned.

Please attend to this I have given you enough time to fix this.
