Couch repairs taking forever

On the 9th of October 2023, my partner Lemmuel Mxolisi Sithole bought a lounge suit and stand on credit. The lounge suite was delivered on the same day. On the 18th of January 2024 when I came back from work I saw the stitching has popped on the 2 couches. My partner went to the store to report and they told us they would fetch the couches. They did not come on the day they had promised to come, he went back to the store and they said the van had to go to Pongola so they couldn't come. They would come the next day. Again they didn't come and he went back and they said the van had to go to Emondlo. They finally came to fetch them on the 26th of January. Till today they haven't returned them. We have made countless follow-ups and still nothing has happened. Yesterday my partner went to the store and spoke to the manager and she promised that we should get them back because they have been repaired. I have a 4 year old son at home and I have been worried about him getting hurt by those steel things which are sticking out of the couches since the top part was removed. Today when I got back from work my mom told me that my son got hurt by the same steel things. I am really not happy with service we are getting from the Lewis store. The worst part is we can't sit comfortably because some don't have the backrest.
