contract breach

On November 2013 I brought a Virgin Mobile contract cellphone from Bears,who's owned by Lewis Furniture store. My contract states that I'll receive each month a R50 airtime and 50mb data. But since January 2015 I'VE not received my data and airtime as per contract with Bears and my contract is valid until November 2015. After several phone calls with Lewis and Bears nobody is able to help me or don't to help,everyone blame someone else and there is no results in my queries? I just want my airtime and data as per agreement for the month of January and February 2015.
