Contract and Insurance

I am very unhappy with the service I received from Lewis Boksburg store code 0507 a insurance was taken up under my name and optional top up was added without my consent, when i asked the store manager he said i must just say yes, yes to everything he will explain later.

Now when I inform him that i do not want all the additional top up he is referring me to the lady ( Martina) who enrolled me for this insurance she is refusing to cancel to optional top up. I am very angry and unhappy, how does Lewis sign up a client without their consent, i am canceling the entire order and not coming back
