Continuity of Pathetic Service
On the 27th of May I went to Lewis Store in Durban West street to make arrangements about my account payment. I spoke to Rosalyn " accounts manager " Rosalyn ask for my bank statement, letter from my employer in order for her to process a claim from my insurance. I had the documents requested on e mails which I could access from my phone. I ask Rosalyn for an e mail address where I can forward her the documents and surprisingly a big establishment such as Lewis Furniture store did not have work e mails. I walked around town looking for a place to have my document's printed. I came back with the hard copies and Rosalyn handed me over to a lady to take over. The lady looked clueless of what she was meant to do, she than asked me to sign where I a had to sign asked for cellphone number and e mail address and said I can go. I asked the lady and Rosalyn how will I get feedback Rosalyn responded" you will receive an e mail or SMS.
On my way home that day, i received a call from Lewis head office Cape town from a lady responding to my previous complaint. I informed her off all my frustrations and said she will apologize and will escalate the issues raised to senior managers to resolve (which I doubt ever happened) because immediately I started receiving smss and calls from Lewis telling they are open I should come. This people are seriously clowns!
12th of June still waiting for the SMS or call from Lewis i receive a call asking me for payment???????? I asked the guy to speak to Rosalyn because I dont know eather and ask Rosalyn to call me back, which never happen. I mean What on earth is going on in that place? Do you guys know what you're doing or not? Your service is pathetic from you head office to your stores! I came to the store to make arrangements and you offer to claim on my behalf, you give me no feed back and again you start with the harrassment.
Some please help this people!!!!
