Complete bedroom suite that was overly priced than it’s quality , now Lewis doesn’t want to repair it

Never buy at Lewis stores as I bought a Sealy bravo king bed, base with a mattress, the mattress is thorn on the stitches of it, when I sent them the pictures , yesterday I received two letters from Lewis saying it’s from their service provider Bravo that there is no fault they found from the mattress, whereas the mattress is torn from its stitching and the male employee called Thabiso from Lewis Stores Protea Glen Mall, saw that the mattress is torn and their mattress is noisy the moment you get on top of it, it’s quality is way lesser than a mattress I bought 9 years ago for R2000 as it’s still intact. The other thing, their Casablanca headboard and also the leg part of the base as it’s a complete suit, it’s chafed as it looks like it’s a **** leather not the genuine one, but when they sold it, they said all are genuine stuff, I bought the products all cash and spent thousands of rands, now since I complained last year August, Lewis is giving me a run around as they have been saying they will escalate the damage to their service provider Casablanca, till to date, they haven’t escalated the matter, instead yesterday they sent an employee to come and check, and my complaint is yet to be followed.
