Complaint that was never attended

I opened and account at Lewis from Phokeng in Rustenburg last year around June and it was approved whereby I purchased a bed and a kitchen unit and to my surprise around October the bed started giving me problems and I laid a complaint with lewis of which I was just told that they took my matter further and yes I relaxed and still paying knowing that I will be assisted soon only to find out I was lying to myself around April/may I decided to stop my debit order because they no longer inform me or check up on me,, days later they called demanding me to pay my account of which I told them to do right by me as a customer and what they did they gave me the numbers for me to follow up with the supplier and yes I did but was never assisted until I get tired coz I can't be the one who make a follow up and on the other hand I have to pay them mind you I insured the items ,,,they still call demanding money though I am still stuck with a broken bed and now the kitchen unit is also not in good condition...
